The room was comfortable with a cozy double bed, with a great view of the street. I appreciated the excellent breakfast spread, consistently praised throughout my visit. The location is really good-within a short walk from both Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt. The staff were helpful, and the internet in the room was reliable, allowing me to get some work done.

Perfect location. Major attractions within walking distance. Rooms are quite comfortable for 5-7 days stay. Breakfasts are good, there is enough room in the restaurant. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. There is also a taxi stop right next to the hotel.
Communication with the staff has left an unpleasant precipitate. My birthday fell out during my stay at the hotel. I warned the hotel about it in advance, before check-in. I was told I'd be in for a surprise. The only surprise was the oral congratulations on handing over the keys to the reception. Before that, I had experience of birthday meetings in Vienna, Paris, Helsinki. Always received a small but pleasant gift from the hotel - a bottle of champagne, wine, chocolate. There's nothing here but greetings for recipes... Asked in advance if they could print out the plane boarding passes. They said, of course, and that I should e-mail them to the hotel. That's what I did. I came by tonight to pick up the printouts. Turns out only three of the five pages were printed. And it wasn't on plain paper, it was on the hotel with their logo on top. He asked to print on normal paper and not 3, but 5 pages. For 10 minutes, they were looking for my e-mail. I said it'd be easier if I sent it again. They said, no, no, don't let them find it. In the end, they never found it, all those 10 minutes I stood and waited. I sent it again anyway. That's when they printed it out right... There was hair on the sink when I came in. Cleaning could have been better. For those who like to stay in bed longer in the morning, this hotel is not suitable - at 7 am the bells of the neighboring church start ringing very loudly.

I enjoyed the extensive breakfast spread with a good variety that fueled my day each morning.
The room I stayed in was a bit chilly upon my arrival, as the heating was turned down to save energy. It took some time to warm up.

A bit outdated room.

We spent one night, we decided that next time we would definitely stay here! location of the hotel is probably the closest to Marienplatz. beautiful reception areas and an open veranda for sunbathing in the courtyard, a garden in front of the hotel restaurant with a fountain. Breakfast is great! varied! Not every five-star hotel boasts this! breakfast time at the weekend is 11:30! We had a very small. very cozy! comfortable room with fresh renovations, cleanliness is impeccable, bed is snow-white. so are the towels! Beds and pillows (and their choice) are comfortable, We had a good night's sleep. Our windows went outside with restaurants. noise was until 1:00 in the morning. We didn't suffer from it. neither did the bell fight in the morning. They say the rooms with the windows in the courtyard are quieter, It's a great hotel. Thank you to the owners and staff.
There were no downsides for us.

Excellent location right near Marienplatz, large enough hotel. clean and comfortable room, there is a kettle and everything you need. In the lobby all the time water and coffee, as well as pastries and apples... breakfast is wonderful - lots of cheeses, sausages and various snacks, delicious pastries, freshly squeezed and regular juices, omelette and munch. sausages. choice is better than in some 4* hotels, a beautiful breakfast room... Eviction fees and nothing is blocked on the map... We lived only 2 nights, then we moved to a 4* hotel nearby (we wanted to compare, we thought the 3* hotel would not be very good), we regretted it very much, we wanted to go back later. I definitely recommend this hotel, next time you're only here. It's not for nothing that this hotel has such a high score.
We had a room overlooking the street, and downstairs there were a few restaurants (including McDonald's) and a party until 12-1 a.m. Maybe it would be noisy for someone, we were fine. But the room description says that the street view room has air conditioning in it.

Great Location for Munich centre.
Minute Rooms. No lounge/Bar or facilities. Expensive for the basics provided.

Recommend it for solo travelers
The staff were friendly, even helping me with my broken German. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh bread and a variety of meats that kept me fueled for my day.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still reasonable for what you get.

Great location about 200 metres from Marienplatz. Within easy walking distance of many attractions including the Hofbrauhaus. Very comfortable and clean. Bedroom a bit small but adequate. Fridge. Bed comfortable and bathroom clean. Breakfast room large and with huge selections of food all very fresh and lovely. Staff throughout spoke English and were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Location 30 meters from Marienplatz. The hotel has fulfilled our request, has placed us on the 5th floor, the view of the street is very comfortable for us, it is interesting to observe life. The noise of the street did not disturb us, we will sleep at home. At weekends there were a lot of young people, under the windows of the hotel McDonald's, beer bars, windows conceal the noise of 70 percent, and then you can apply earplugs. Breakfast is a special song. Quiet, quiet, small, there are tables for two. On the walls of the painting under the Dutch painting, the tables are the whitest starchy tablecloths without a single wrinkle, they are large, the same, two white napkins. On the tables are fresh flowers in pots. Coffee, tea, milk is brought to you on request, coffee is the best, in thermo kettles and therefore does not cool down for a long time. . The choice of dishes for every taste. Evaluated us different pickled stuffed delicacies of vegetables and fruits mini salads, as a hostess, I evaluated how painstakingly and skillfully done. The baked goods are fresh, very tasty. With surprise and admiration I watched, as after each visitor on tables change big white starchy napkins. We go around the world a lot, it has been simplified for a long time, and this is a high national quality. There is a kettle, coffee, cocoa, tea and sugar in the room. The staff is unobtrusive and adequate, if you yourself are polite and smiling, then you are answered the same.
A little complaint didn't ruin our vacation. Price corresponds to quality. Do not ask for a bathrobe and slippers, as it is not included in the price of a 3-star hotel, it is not written in the hotel services. I wish that one of the staff could understand Russian. . . The main claim is that there is no Russian-speaking channel in the hotel (other hotels have more than one).

The location was excellent for proximity to public transportation and sightseeing in the center of Munich. The staff was proactive in selection of our rooms, placing our rooms in close proximity for ease of communication among our party.
The rooms were very warm. When the windows were open the noise from the street kept people awake and when the windows were closed the room was uncomfortably warm. Because the hotel was in the inner city, it was difficult to locate with the name changes on the rings and streets.

We loved exploring Munich's historic Old Town using the free rental bikes! The rooms were clean, and the breakfast options were diverse, especially with the treats my daughter enjoyed to celebrate her birthday.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly amenities.
